A referral from your family physician or another physician is not required for a cosmetic consultation.
For residents of Mombasa Kenya, there is no consultation fee for reconstructive procedures. However, a referral from your primary care physician is required.

Dr. Peter Biribwa is a practising Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgeon in Kenya and got his medical degree from the University of Nairobi.
Dr. Peter is the Founder and Lead surgeon at Ace Plastic Surger, Kenya.
Dr. Peter Biribwa is a is a double board certified licenced plastic surgeon in Kenya and Uganda, practising Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery.
He got his medical degree from the University of Nairobi. After serving as an intern and resident at the Kenyatta National Hospital and Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, he completed his residency in Plastics, Aesthetics and reconstructive surgery at the University of Nairobi. He has also undertaken a course in Microsurgery at Sefako Makgatho University in South Africa
PAULA BIRAARO KANSIIME
Chief Executive Officer
Paula Biraaro Kansiime is human rights lawyer by profession, a graduate of Makerere University and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Previously worked in Uganda, with the Uganda Human Rights Commission for over seven years, most of it as a human and health rights lawyer.
Mrs Paula is responsible for setting goals and objectives, managing budgets, coordinating medical and non-medical personnel, and developing strategies to optimize hospital operations. She is also responsible for addressing issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
Mercy Velma Mulwoto
Plastic Surgery Nurse
Velma Mulwoto holds a Diploma in Nursing from The Nairobi Womens Medical Training College (NWMTC) and is a registered Nurse accredited by Nursing Council of Kenya.
Mercy’s experience and education has provided her with expertise in provision of exemplary patient care, development of patient health care, assessment and treatment including medical surgical practices, acute patient care and patient relations.
She is also Skilled in handling different patients of different ages with different needs.
John Wambua
Front Office and Administrative Assistant
Mr John is our Office & Admin Assistant, supporting all of our patients in planning their consultations and non-surgical treatments. John will be your first point of contact and will be available to answer any questions you have regarding your procedure of interest.
John brings a friendly and cheery demeanor to the office and has a talent for putting you at ease.
Sarafina Wambilianga
Beauty Therapist
Sarafina has experience working as a Beauty Therapist since 2002 to date. She has Trained in Kenya, India, ltaly and Switzerland. Specialist in Reflexology, Neuromuscular, Sports and Calf medical massage therapy.
OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2016 in Nairobi Kenya, later established its premises in the heart of Nyali, Mombasa at the sunny coast of East Africa in 2019. We are the only licensed Plastic Surgical Centre in the Coast Province of Kenya.
We are a level three health facility with a private theatre providing day surgeries, outpatient care, scheduled home visits and specialised wound management.
ACE Plastic Surgery also extends its services to neighboring countries such as Uganda on appointment and special arrangement.
